We now have a system that offers the option to track time and expenses in real-time, e.g. through the app. For the employees, it is easy to register on the go, and it helps us trust the data we get in.
I save much time on invoicing and salaries. I have crossed out my evenings, and that says a lot. I can do everything in a couple of hours now.
We now know exactly where to put our focus. The biggest gain is that we can compete with the big players in the market because we have exact data enabling us to avoid projects with a risk of low profit.
It’s wonderful that TimeLog is so flexible, not only when it comes to administrating payment models, but generally speaking as well. Our invoicing routines are much more efficient now.
